Governor Gavin Newsom has signed a series of bills into law, impacting various sectors across California. The new legislation includes AB 78 by Assemblymember Phillip Chen, addressing attorney's fees related to book accounts, and AB 223 by Assemblymember Blanca Pacheco concerning jury selection processes.
