Amica Insurance has been ranked first in customer satisfaction among auto insurers in the New England region, according to the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Auto Insurance Satisfaction StudySM. This marks the second consecutive year that Amica has achieved this distinction.

The company's satisfaction score reached 735 on a 1,000-point scale, which is an increase of 26 points from the previous year. This score is also 110 points above the regional average and 94 points higher than its nearest competitor.

Amica secured top positions across all seven dimensions evaluated in the study: trust, people, ease of doing business, product/coverage offerings, problem resolution, price for coverage, and digital channels. Over the past 13 years, Amica has claimed first place in the New England region a total of 12 times.

Ted Shallcross, president and CEO of Amica, commented on this achievement by stating: “It is especially gratifying that Amica’s score went up given all the challenges the industry is facing. This award reflects the continued hard work of our employees in providing excellent service to our policyholders.”
