Goldberg Segalla has announced the addition of Anthony A. Skalski to its Workers’ Compensation practice group in Princeton.
According to the firm, Skalski represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation matters across New Jersey. He works with clients to manage risk and achieve results that align with their goals. His experience covers all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from initial evaluation through resolution.
The firm notes that Skalski is recognized for his proactive case management and collaborative approach, developing strong partnerships with clients to achieve outcomes in both file closure and cost savings. In addition to his private practice work, he previously served as staff counsel at an international insurance company where he resolved numerous workers’ compensation cases, including a second injury fund trial.
Skalski holds a B.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
