Erie Insurance honored as top employer for new grads by Forbes

Erie Insurance has been recognized on the Forbes list of "America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2025." This accolade was given in collaboration with Statista, a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

The selection of America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2025 involved an independent survey of over 100,000 young professionals. These employees have less than ten years of work experience and are employed by companies with at least 1,000 employees in the United States. According to Forbes, the evaluation scores were based on personal assessments from employees and public opinions from friends, family members, or others in the same industry. Personal evaluations were given more weight.

This recognition is one among several that Erie Insurance has received this year. It underscores the company's commitment to creating a workplace where recent graduates can thrive and make meaningful contributions from their first day.
