Barron Trump, the youngest son of former President Donald Trump, is reportedly planning to venture into the real estate business. The 18-year-old, currently a freshman at New York University's Stern School of Business, initially incorporated his company in Wyoming under the name Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc. on July 14, 2024. However, he dissolved it shortly after his father's victory in the 2024 presidential election.
The company's principal address was listed as Mar-a-Lago, Florida. Barron resided there with his parents after Donald Trump's first presidency before moving to New York for college in fall 2024. During his time in Palm Beach, Barron attended Oxbridge Academy and met Cameron Roxburgh, one of his co-founders.
Roxburgh revealed plans to relaunch the firm after President-elect Trump takes office on January 20, 2025. He explained that they temporarily shut down the company to avoid media scrutiny during the election period.
When relaunched, their focus will be on high-end real estate development with properties and golf courses planned for Utah, Arizona, and Idaho. Carter Fulcher will join them as a third partner in this venture.
According to Roxburgh's statement to Newsweek: "Trump has already offered his son 'private advice,'" though no funding has been provided by Donald Trump himself. The team hopes their company might eventually become part of the larger Trump Organization.
Interestingly enough is another political tie through Carter Fulcher—whose family owns an existing luxury real estate business—and whose cousin happens also happensto be Idaho Congressman Russ Fulcher; however,"the Republican politician is not involved" accordingto Roxborough’s clarification.
Despite never holding an official role withinTrump Organization,Barron's siblings have had various positions over years while both Eric&Don Jr.currently serveas executive vice presidents overseeing operations sinceDonald tookofficefirsttimearound.Ivanka optedforrole insidehis administrationinstead
