Some six months after the suicide of real-estate developer Brandon Miller, his Hamptons property has been sold. The New York Times reported that the seven-bedroom Water Mill home, burdened with five mortgages totaling nearly $12 million, is now under new ownership. However, details about the sale price and the buyer remain undisclosed.

Brandon Miller was married to influencer Candice Miller, known for her "Mama & Tata" Instagram account. He died at 43 over the July 4th holiday at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, leaving behind significant debts and just $8,000 in his bank account.

The residence was listed for $15.49 million in August by Bespoke Real Estate, which declined to comment on the sale. Marketing materials highlighted its 1.12-acre grounds and features such as a spacious kitchen, fireplaces, a movie theater, and a pool area.

Court records indicate Candice considered offers of $12.8 million and $13 million before finalizing the sale last week. Proceeds from the sale partially repaid a $208,000 loan taken by Brandon shortly before his death.

Following these events, Candice and her daughters have moved to Miami Beach into a condo purchased by a trust linked to Alexander von Fürstenberg.
