Earle, an experienced commercial litigation attorney.

Earle is recognized for his work in construction and commercial litigation within Delaware's legal system. He has represented various business entities and individuals before several Delaware courts, including the Superior Court, Chancery Court, and U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Earle has also argued appeals before the Delaware Supreme Court and represents clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His previous roles include Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice and Deputy Judge Advocate General for the Delaware Army National Guard.
