Jimmy DeSantis, Human Resources Director at the Georgia Department of Administrative Services, has been named the 2026–2027 Chapter President of the Greater Henry County Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

The SHRM is a national organization focused on supporting professional development and networking among human resource professionals. The Greater Henry County chapter works with local employers to exchange information and ideas to improve human resources management.

DeSantis has been a member of SHRM since 2013 and has led projects across state agencies in Georgia and North Carolina. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership and Development at Liberty University.
