Allstate and the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) have announced the 2025-26 Allstate NACDA Good Works Team (Winter), recognizing 20 student-athletes for their service to campuses and communities. Iowa State junior center Audi Crooks has been named team captain, highlighted for her support of children and families throughout Iowa.

The Good Works Team was created to honor student-athletes who excel in community service. This season’s honorees come from NCAA Divisions I, II, III, NAIA, and junior/community colleges. Student-athletes are recognized each season across winter, spring, and fall sports. For this winter season, the team was selected from 180 nominees submitted by their schools.

Honorees receive a monetary contribution from Allstate to further their community work. The team captain receives an additional contribution as well as a Good Works Team letterman jacket.

Chris DeBiase, Allstate executive vice president, chief legal officer and general counsel and collegiate sports ambassador said: “Allstate’s longstanding support of collegiate athletics is part of its commitment to empowering young people to lead in their communities. Collegiate athletics shaped who I am as a leader and it’s a privilege to celebrate the leadership these student-athletes are demonstrating through service.”

Holly Rowe, ESPN Sports Commentator stated: “As a reporter, I get to see the heart behind these athletes, and it is powerful. Programs like the Allstate NACDA Good Works Team give student‑athletes a national platform to lead and serve in meaningful ways. It takes organizations like Allstate and NACDA to build and fund opportunities that elevate community service, and I am inspired by their commitment. This team represents young people who use their influence to lift others, and it is an honor to celebrate them.”

Audi Crooks launched the Audi Crooks Foundation in 2025 to offer financial assistance and resources for youth involved in education, athletics, and arts programming. In its first year, her foundation supported organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club of Story County and Feed Our Kids Emmetsburg; provided new uniforms for local youth basketball teams; hosted a Kids and Family Fun Bash; and started Knock N Dash—a volunteer program delivering food and essential items to families in need.

Crooks donates much of her name, image, and likeness earnings to her foundation while also volunteering with her family. On the basketball court she has earned recognition as an Associated Press and U.S. Basketball Writers Association All-American while surpassing 2,000 career points.

Audi Crooks commented: “I get to play the game I love, but giving back to Iowa families is the work that grounds me. I hope our team shows other student-athletes what can happen when you use your platform to lift up your community.”

This season’s Good Works Team includes 10 men and 10 women from various sports including basketball, swimming & diving, indoor track & field, and wrestling.

Pat Manak, NACDA chief executive officer said: “With each season, the Allstate NACDA Good Works Team provides the platform to shine a bright light on student-athletes who are strengthening their communities, their institutions and their conferences. As we continue to expand this program, NACDA is honored to come together with Allstate to recognize another remarkable group of young leaders in sport.”

More details about this year’s roster can be found at www.nacda.com.

Allstate has supported collegiate athletics for two decades through sponsorships at universities and conferences along with academic scholarships and community initiatives. Its Good Hands Nets program has raised millions for scholarships since 2005 by contributing funds with every field goal or extra point scored during games—recently increasing donations per kick for more scholarships across all sports. Since 2008 Allstate has partnered with AFCA honoring hundreds of student-athletes through its AFCA Good Works Team initiative; this expanded in 2024 via partnership with NACDA covering all divisions across all seasons.

NACDA represents over 24,000 college athletics administrators at more than 2,300 institutions throughout North America—including managing professional associations/foundations—and hosts major annual events such as its national convention.
