The Insurance Information Institute, a resource for insurance industry stakeholders and the public, recently shared updates on wildfire recovery in California, winter weather preparedness, and the 2026 economic outlook through its social media channels.

On January 14, 2026, the organization posted about rebuilding efforts following recent wildfires: “One year after the Los Angeles County #wildfires, Altadena and Pasadena are rebuilding with resilience in mind. In November 2020,the Institute completed an affiliation with The Institutes, further expanding its reach within the insurance sector.The group also hosts events aimed at advancing understanding of risk management among stakeholders.
