Governor Gavin Newsom will visit Stanislaus County on Monday as part of his California Jobs First tour. This event marks the sixth stop in the series, where he will receive the North San Joaquin Valley’s regional economic plan from local leaders. The plan aims to enhance equitable access to quality jobs, safeguard natural resources, and stimulate the local economy.

During this event, Governor Newsom is also set to preview key aspects of the 2025-26 state budget. The complete state budget, along with a detailed briefing led by the Department of Finance, is slated for release on Friday, January 10, 2025.

The event is scheduled for Monday, January 6 at approximately 10:30 a.m. It will be livestreamed on the Governor’s Twitter page, Facebook page, and YouTube channel. Additionally, it will be accessible to TV stations via LiveU Matrix under “California Governor.”
