Goldberg Segalla has announced the addition of Keith E. Nagy to its Workers’ Compensation practice group in Princeton.

Nagy brings over a decade of experience representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation defense matters and insurance coverage disputes throughout New Jersey. His work includes defending both private and public entities during bench trials, motion hearings, pretrial conferences, and appeals. He has resolved cases involving wage reconstruction, lack of coverage, and ongoing treatment issues.

In addition to his focus on workers’ compensation cases, Nagy has represented physicians, nurse practitioners, and other health care providers in medical malpractice defense litigation. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a judicial law clerk for Judge J. Christopher Gibson at the New Jersey Superior Court’s Civil Division.

Nagy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law.
