Goldberg Segalla has announced the addition of Alex P. Blair to its Product Liability practice group based in Chicago. Blair brings with him a wealth of experience as a defense attorney, representing manufacturers across various industries including food, beverage, and refining facilities in complex product liability and toxic tort cases.

Blair’s legal expertise extends beyond Illinois, Indiana, and Texas; he has also managed depositions for clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. His work involves analyzing statutes and case law relevant to lawsuits filed nationwide.

His role often includes managing cases from their initial filing through to final disposition as local counsel. He has worked closely with national coordinating counsel to develop strategies and report on litigation developments. Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, Blair’s practice covered areas such as premises liability, commercial disputes, real estate, employment and labor issues, construction matters, professional liability, and insurance coverage disputes.

Blair is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his B.A., followed by obtaining his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
