Goldberg Segalla has announced the addition of Evan D. Haggerty to its Global Insurance Services practice group in Newark. Haggerty brings experience as a litigator and advisor to both domestic and international insurers.

Haggerty has a track record of achieving favorable outcomes in coverage disputes within state and federal courts. His expertise covers a wide range of commercial and personal insurance lines, including professional liability, construction defects, personal injury disputes, and fraud cases. He is involved in all stages of insurance litigation, extending to appeals at the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division. Additionally, Haggerty collaborates with insurer clients to provide analysis and guidance on coverage decisions related to contractual duties such as defense obligations, indemnity, and coverage primacy.

Evan D. Haggerty completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University before earning his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
