Flexible Benefits Open Enrollment for the 2026 plan year will take place from October 20, 2025 at 1:00 a.m. ET through November 8, 2025 at 12:59 a.m. The Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) website provides information about flexible benefits for both agency coordinators and state employees.

Resources available on the DOAS site include coordinator tools, open enrollment materials, and detailed benefits information for employees. These resources feature the You Decide enrollment booklet, What’s New brochure, Benefits-at-a-Glance comparison rate sheet, and frequently asked questions.

Employees can access links to both the state health and flexible benefits enrollment portals by visiting team.georgia.gov.
