They encourage the use of their digital services for tasks such as driver’s license and vehicle registration renewals. The Service Advisor tool on the DMV website is available to help customers determine how to complete various DMV tasks.
To receive paperless notices for vehicle registration and driver’s license renewals, customers need to create or log into a secure online account at dmv.ca.gov and opt in.
