Erie Insurance has been recognized on Newsweek’s 2026 list of America’s Best Customer Service companies. The list, developed in partnership with Statista, highlights organizations that demonstrate strong customer service across the United States.

Selection for the list was based on an independent survey that gathered more than 200,000 consumer evaluations from individuals who had purchased, used services, or sought information about products and services within the last three years. These evaluations covered experiences in both traditional retail settings and online or service interactions.

Sarah Shine, executive vice president of Experience and Customer Service at Erie Insurance, stated: “Our commitment to service has been the cornerstone of Erie Insurance for over 100 years. We’re proud that this survey shows customers value our promise to provide the protection they need — and the level of service they deserve.”

The rankings considered six factors: likelihood of recommendation, quality of communication, professional competence, range of services offered, customer focus, and accessibility.

Newsweek’s complete listing includes 166 categories featuring a variety of retailers and service providers. The full list can be accessed on Newsweek’s website.
