Erie Insurance has been included in Newsweek’s 2026 list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women. The recognition highlights employers that provide positive work environments and advancement opportunities for women. Newsweek, in partnership with Plant-A Insights, determined the list based on survey responses from nearly 90,000 female employees across the United States. The evaluation considered factors such as gender equity, fairness, inclusion, and overall workplace experience.

Karen Skarupski, senior vice president of human resources at Erie Insurance, commented on the achievement: “For more than a century, ERIE has been committed to building a workplace rooted in respect, opportunity and integrity. Being recognized among America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women reflects our continued focus on creating an environment where women can grow professionally, contribute meaningfully and feel valued.”

In addition to this honor, Erie Insurance has also received recognition on other Newsweek lists for 2026. These include being named among America’s Greatest Workplaces for Culture, Belonging and Community as well as America’s Best Customer Service.
