Amica Insurance has achieved a notable distinction by tying for first place in the Shopping segment of the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Insurance Digital Experience Study. Amica’s score of 559, on a 1,000-point scale, places it alongside Erie Insurance at the top of this category. Additionally, Amica secured second place in the Service segment with a score of 724.
