Ambetter of Tennessee, a product offered by Centene Corporation, will provide a range of health insurance plans to residents across Tennessee for the 2026 plan year. The open enrollment period for the Health Insurance Marketplace began on November 1, 2025, and will continue through January 15, 2026. Those who enroll by December 15, 2025, will have coverage starting January 1, 2026.

Corey Ewing, Chief Executive Officer and President of Ambetter of Tennessee, said: “As a leading provider on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace in Tennessee, we’re proud to offer coverage in all 95 counties. Since 2019, Ambetter of Tennessee has been committed to expanding access to quality healthcare across the state. Whether you’re in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga or anywhere in between, our members benefit from one of the most comprehensive provider networks in Tennessee.”

Ambetter of Tennessee’s offerings include coverage for essential health benefits such as preventive care, maternity and newborn care, pediatric services, mental health services, hospitalizations and prescription drug coverage. Some plans also feature dental and vision options.

The company is also offering Ambetter Health Solutions in select states including Tennessee. This service supports employers using Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs), allowing employees to access customizable insurance options that may help employers manage costs while giving workers more flexibility.

Members can take advantage of the Ambetter Perks program. This initiative provides discounts on wellness activities and products as well as financial tools and over-the-counter health items. It also includes services designed to support healthy lifestyles and address social factors that affect health.

Enrollment can be completed online via the Ambetter of Tennessee website using either desktop or mobile devices. The platform allows users to compare plan options and check their eligibility for subsidies before enrolling.

Another feature is the My Health Pays program where members can earn up to $500 in rewards during 2026 by completing healthy activities such as eating well or staying active. These rewards can be used toward certain healthcare expenses like premiums or copays but cannot be applied to pharmacy copays.

Additionally, members have access to Virtual 24/7 Care which connects them with licensed providers through telehealth for common illnesses without leaving home.

Ambetter of Tennessee is underwritten by Celtic Insurance Company and offers its marketplace product under Bankers Reserve Life Insurance Company of Wisconsin.
