During the open enrollment period beginning November 1, residents in 43 counties across Oklahoma will have access to health insurance plans from Ambetter of Oklahoma for the 2026 plan year. Ambetter of Oklahoma is a product offered by Centene Corporation, which focuses on providing insurance options through the Health Insurance Marketplace to under-insured and uninsured populations.

The enrollment window runs from November 1, 2025, to January 15, 2026. Those who enroll by December 15, 2025, will have coverage starting January 1, 2026.

“At Ambetter of Oklahoma, we’re committed to making healthcare more accessible, affordable and personalized for the communities we serve,” said Clay Franklin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Oklahoma Complete Health. “With expanded benefits like condition-specific plans for diabetes, asthma and COPD, and Ambetter Perks, we’re continuing our mission to support healthier futures for all.”

Ambetter of Oklahoma’s offerings include coverage for essential health benefits such as preventive care, maternity services, pediatric care, mental health services, hospitalizations and prescription drugs. Some plans also provide dental and vision coverage.

The company offers additional member programs such as Ambetter Perks. This program provides discounts on wellness activities and products that promote healthy lifestyles. Members can also benefit from financial tools and reduced costs on prescriptions and over-the-counter items.

Ambetter Health Solutions delivers individual health insurance plans compatible with Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs). These off-exchange marketplace offerings are available in select states including Oklahoma. They help employers offer customizable coverage while controlling costs.

For those managing chronic conditions like asthma or COPD, certain Premier plans in 2026 will feature lower out-of-pocket expenses for medications and clinical support. Members may have $0 copays for preferred medications—including inhalers—and pulmonologist visits.

Similarly, some Premier plans will offer enhanced support for members with diabetes starting in 2026. These include lower costs for insulin and related supplies as well as $0 copays on routine lab work like A1c tests.

Enrollment can be completed online through the Ambetter of Oklahoma website using computers or mobile devices. The system allows users to compare options and check eligibility for subsidies; progress is saved if an application cannot be finished immediately.

Members can participate in My Health Pays—a rewards program where points are earned by engaging in healthy behaviors—which can be used toward premiums or other qualified expenses up to $500 per year.

Virtual care is available around the clock via telehealth services so members can consult licensed providers about common illnesses without leaving home.
