Ambetter from Peach State Health Plan, a product of Centene Corporation, will offer health insurance plans to residents in 149 Georgia counties for the 2026 plan year. The open enrollment period for the Health Insurance Marketplace runs from November 1, 2025, through January 15, 2026. Those who enroll by December 15, 2025, will have coverage starting January 1, 2026.

“Our mission is to ensure that every Georgian can choose healthcare coverage that fits their needs and supports their health journey,” said Clyde White, Plan President and Chief Executive Officer of Peach State Health Plan. “With enhanced benefits, innovative solutions and tools for enrollment and care, we’re making it easier for individuals and families to take control of their health.”

The insurance plans include coverage for essential health benefits such as preventive services, maternity care, pediatric services, mental health care, hospitalizations, and prescription drugs. Some plans also offer dental and vision coverage.

Ambetter Health Solutions provides individual insurance options compatible with Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs). These offerings are available in select states including Georgia. The program allows employers to give employees more choice in selecting their own coverage while helping manage costs.

Members can access additional support through the Ambetter Perks program. This initiative offers discounts on wellness activities and financial tools as well as savings on out-of-pocket prescription costs and over-the-counter items. The program also addresses social factors that affect health.

Enrollment can be completed online via the Ambetter from Peach State Health Plan website using mobile devices. The platform allows users to compare options and check eligibility for financial subsidies. Progress is saved if an applicant cannot finish enrollment in one session.

The My Health Pays program lets members earn up to $500 in rewards by participating in healthy activities throughout the year. These rewards can be used toward premiums or other qualified expenses but not pharmacy copays except at Walmart locations.

Virtual 24/7 Care gives members access to licensed providers via telehealth for various illnesses without leaving home.

A full list of participating counties is available at ambetterhealth.com/en/ga/health-plans/coverage-map. More information about plan details or enrollment can be found at ambetterhealth.com/en/ga/.

According to the company’s statement: “*Healthcare-related costs will vary by member and the plan in which you are enrolled. Funds expire immediately upon termination of insurance coverage. My Health Pays rewards cannot be used for pharmacy copays. Restrictions apply. Members must qualify for and complete all activities to receive $500 or more…*”

Additionally: “**Cost sharing may apply when using Virtual 24/7 Care or Virtual Primary Care… Medical care is provided by individual providers, which are independent contractors and not agents of Ambetter Health.*”

Peach State Health Plan serves under-insured and uninsured populations through Georgia Access programs.
