Absolute Total Care has been named a 2025 Human Experience (HX) Pinnacle of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey, a company specializing in healthcare experience solutions. The award recognizes Absolute Total Care for ranking among the top 5% of health plans nationwide based on member experience over at least two consecutive years, as measured by CAHPS ratings.

Press Ganey works with more than 85% of U.S. health plans to improve member experiences and streamline healthcare processes. Absolute Total Care was recognized for its efforts in personalized communication and provider partnerships, which include engaging members through multiple channels such as phone, email, text, mail, and social media to enhance care coordination and access to services. The organization also expanded its quality team to proactively assist members who may miss preventive care appointments and provides monthly consultations with primary care providers.
